Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a flexible return policy that allows you to assess your purchase within 21 days or 500 miles from the delivery date. This gives you ample time to decide and easily request a return or exchange.

Easy Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us by 5 PM PDT on the 21th day after receiving your item. The day you receive your item is considered Day 0.

Return Eligibility

We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified from their original condition. Items used as collateral for a loan (encumbered items) are also ineligible for return.
